Credit Card Orders
When buying product from RD Fabs, you may use Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders to almost anywhere in the world. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.
When you receive your order, the contact information of the RD Fabs will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information. Your order must be returned to RD Fabs in order to receive full product credit; your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact RD Fabs for help if assistance is needed for processing a return. Product will be accepted for return within 15 days of receipt. The product must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. After inspection of the product, RD Fabs will then issue a credit. This is only for the intakes. We will not refund any special order or custom products.
If the item you wish to return is defective or has been damaged in some way, it must be reported immediately. Defective product should be returned immediately for warranty repair or replacement. Defective product should be returned within 15 days after it has been reported.
Damaged product includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call RD Fabs immediately. The contact information for the product will be on the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
